Core advisory and care management services are provided by a specialised care team, always available to handle initial assessments, care coordination, re-assessments, and reviews of your needs.

Package management involves the continuous administration and organisational activities necessary to ensure the efficient delivery of your Home Care Package.

In certain instances, Home Care Package costs may involve a basic daily fee determined by the Government. At Lifestage, we do not charge the basic daily fee. Alternatively, you have the option to choose an additional Private Care Agreement, which allows you to extend your home care services beyond what is covered in your Package.
If you need a home care service that is above your package budget, you can simply add a Private Care Agreement in line with your choices. Contact your Care Manager to discuss your personal circumstances.
A Home Care Package HCP is a government-subsidised program designed to support older individuals who have complex care needs that exceed those covered by the CommonwealthHome Support Programme CHSP. Typically, the costs associated with a HCP are covered directly from your package subsidy, ensuring that you receive the necessary support without additional financial burden.
* Estimation based on the assumption all available funding is used for direct personal care hours on a weekday 6am to 6pm.
