3 steps to receiving home care assistance.

Step 1

Apply for funding

Check your eligibility by calling My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or do an online check.

If you’re eligible for a Government subsidy, you’ll complete a face-to-face assessment organised by My Aged Care.

Step 2

Meet our team

Once you're approved, reach out to a friendly, experienced member of our Support Team to discuss your care services.

If you require additional support beyond what is covered by your subsidised care, we're also here to talk about private care options.

Step 3

Use your services

We'll collaborate with you to design a care plan tailored specifically to your needs and when you're happy, your care will start.

If you wish to update your services for any reason, we're here to assist you in making those adjustments smoothly.
