What is private
home care?

Private care is a self-funded home care option that is not subsidised by the Australian Government. It offers a way for older individuals to receive support from us, regardless of whether their needs fall outside the scope of Government-funded initiatives such as the Commonwealth Home Support Programme or a Home Care Package.

If you are on a waiting list for a package, we can discuss interim support options.

How does it
work?

With our support, you or your loved one will receive personalised care that prioritises your goals, needs, and preferences. A dedicated carer can be available 7 days a week, offering both ongoing and short-term assistance, including evening visits.
